Good things to know.
For colour corrections, balayage and chemical work — yes. Consultations are free and take 15 minutes. For maintenance colour or cuts you can book straight in.
Anything within 10 minutes is fine. Beyond that we may need to shorten the service or reschedule, so please give us a ring.
Yes — our shelves are Davines, Olaplex, K18 and Wella Professionals. Almost everything is vegan; we’ll happily flag the few that aren’t.
Absolutely. There’s a sofa, free WiFi and great coffee. Just no children under 8 without a service booked, please.
Deposit
A £20 deposit secures your slot. It comes off your final bill on the day.
Cancellation
Free to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Inside 48 hours the deposit becomes non-refundable.
